Supporting digital mobility for learning and staff development

This project sets out to strengthen the skills of our trainers in the field of adult education. It includes a two-week training course in Turkey, bringing together sixteen people working in training and educational support.
It was launched to help our teams make better use of digital tools, to make courses more creative and more participatory, and to welcome people with disabilities more effectively.
First module — November 2024
During that week, participants worked on intercultural communication and emotional intelligence in an educational setting, on digital tools for learning, on motivation and inclusion, and on a first approach to gamification, that is, the use of play in teaching.
